You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with tags and hygiene seals intact. Because lingerie is intimate apparel, please try pieces on over your own underwear. See our returns policy for the full process.

Hand-wash silk, fine lace and underwire bras in cool water; machine-wash cotton and modal cold in a mesh bag. Never tumble dry. Our care guide has the full routine to make pieces last for years.
