1. Acceptance of terms

Welcome to SANTCARA. By accessing or using this website and by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & descriptions

We take great care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly differently depending on your screen, and natural fabrics such as silk and organic cotton can vary subtly between batches. Product descriptions, measurements and availability are provided in good faith and may be updated without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and, where applicable, include or exclude taxes as stated. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors; if a genuine error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price. Payment is taken securely through our third-party payment providers at the time of order. We do not store your full payment details.

5. Orders & order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there has been a pricing or description error — and in that case we will refund any payment taken in full.

6. Shipping & delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Returns & refunds

We want you to love what you buy. Our full returns process, timeframes and hygiene conditions (which apply to intimate apparel) are set out on the Shipping & Returns page and form part of these terms. For hygiene reasons, certain intimate items can only be returned if unworn, unwashed and with all hygiene seals and tags intact.

8. Accounts & acceptable conduct

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the SANTCARA name and logo, text, product designs, graphics and layout — is owned by or licensed to SANTCARA and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, SANTCARA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SANTCARA is established, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
