Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help sites work properly, remember your choices, and understand how visitors use them. We also use similar technologies such as local storage — for example, to remember the items in your bag and wishlist on your own device.

2. Types of cookies we use

• Strictly necessary cookies — required for the site to function, such as remembering your shopping bag, keeping the site secure, and processing checkout. These cannot be switched off.
• Preference cookies — remember choices like your region, language and cookie settings so you don't have to set them each visit.
• Analytics cookies — help us understand which pages are popular and how the site performs, so we can improve it. These are only set with your consent.
• Marketing cookies — used to make advertising more relevant and measure campaigns. These are only set with your consent.

3. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by trusted third parties who provide services on our behalf, such as analytics and payment processing. These providers have their own privacy and cookie policies. We do not control third-party cookies directly, but we only work with reputable partners.

4. Managing your preferences

When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept all cookies or choose essential only. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your cookies and revisiting the site, which will show the banner again. Declining non-essential cookies will not stop you from shopping — only some personalisation and analytics will be limited.

5. Browser controls

You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or remove cookies, and browse in a private mode. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the site works, including your ability to check out. Guidance is available in your browser's help pages.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our site and the technologies we use evolve. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. For more on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
